The Perfect Seasonings for Spring Vegetables

There’s something so lovely about that first visit to the Farmer’s Market on a warm spring day. The breeze is blowing, the stands are colorful, and best of all, you know all of your favorite produce picks are perfectly ripe. It’s good for the earth – and good for your taste buds – to shop in-season vegetables. Here are our favorite spice blends that take springtime produce to the next level.

Salad Days

The most obvious way to enjoy fresh veggies is in a salad! Kale and spinach are all peak-season in May, so mix with apple slices, your favorite dressing, a bit of lemon, and of course, our Salad Spectacular spice blend!
